MyReport® Joins the RICS Tech Network
We're pleased to announce that MyReport® is now part of the RICS Tech Network as a Solution Provider for Residential Survey and Valuation.
The RICS Tech Network brings together technology providers developing solutions for the built and natural environment, helping surveying professionals discover tools relevant to their work and explore how technology can support their practices.
For us, joining the network is about more than being listed as a technology provider. It's an opportunity to contribute to the conversation about how technology, particularly artificial intelligence, should be developed and used within the surveying profession.
We believe the future of surveying technology should be shaped by surveyors themselves.
Developed by Chartered Surveyors, MyReport® brings together property inspections, reporting, photographs, voice capture, workflow management and collaboration within one platform.
At its heart is Report Genius®, our AI-assisted reporting feature, which works with each surveyor's own professional knowledge, terminology and reporting preferences to help produce commentary that reflects their individual approach.
Rather than expecting surveyors to adapt to generic AI-generated content, we're developing technology that adapts to the professional.
And importantly, AI assistance is optional. Professional knowledge is maintained separately from the underlying AI model, customer information is not used to train public AI models, and the surveyor remains responsible for the final report.
We have already had the opportunity to contribute ideas and feedback to RICS during the development of the Tech Network, ahead of its official launch. We look forward to continuing that engagement, sharing our experience and contributing to the responsible development and adoption of technology across the surveying profession.
